I can't abide him. I do always get a laugh out of his dinner-party with "Speech ... by Toad" and "Songs ... by Toad" etc.<br /><br />Now I'll have to get out my WitW and re-read it. It's been a few years.<br /><br />Toasting is about the only thing that renders cheap bread palatable.
