They look delicious - any chance of a recipe?
I'll ask him - I know there are two cups of strong white flour and one cups of oats in the dough, not sure about the other ingredients - he tends to do it by eye so instructions tend to be along the lines of 'a slosh of olive oil, some sugar..' :-D.
